• The monthly rental price is CHF 2950.- (Swiss Francs)

• Accessory cost CHF 250,- (electricity, gaz, Internet fees, TV subscription)

• Parking cost CHF 200.- if needed

• A deposit (2000 CHF.-) or a personal liability insurance has to be provided
